Proceed to Jankichatti following breakfast and begin your hike to Yamunotri (6 km) here. (Either by walk or by Palki/horse at your cost). So after bathing in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund and witnessing the “Darshan” of Yamunaji, travel back to Jankichatti. Afterwards, go to Barkot, where you will spend the night.
At Yamunotri, you will see the Divyashilla and the Surya Kund.
Following breakfast in the morning, travel to Uttarkashi. Stop at Shivgufa en route to Uttarkashi. Upon arriving in Uttarkashi, view the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the city, and then settle into your accommodation for the rest of the day. Night stay in Uttarkashi.
After breakfast at the accommodation in the early morning, proceed to Gangotri Dham. Gangotri is nestled at 3048 meters in the majestic Garhwal Himalayas. Following breakfast, make your way toward Sonprayag. You will begin your 1-kilometer trek to Kedarnath Dham from Sonprayag.
