DAY 01: Reach Haridwar and, en route, Barkot(190 Km / 7 hrs)

Meet our operator at Haridwar/ Station/ Bus Stand & drive towards Barkot via Mussoorie. Further, en route, explore the beautiful Mussoorie Lake & Kempty Fall at Mussoorie. Later, go directly to Barkot. Check into the pre-reserved hotel. Stay the night in Barkot.

DAY 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (48 Km/ 6 hrs)

Proceed to Jankichatti following breakfast and begin your hike to Yamunotri (6 km) here. (Either by walk or by Palki/horse at your cost). So after bathing in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund and witnessing the “Darshan” of Yamunaji, travel back to Jankichatti. Afterwards, go to Barkot, where you will spend the night. At Yamunotri, you will see the Divyashilla and the Surya Kund.

DAY 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi ( 100 Kms / 4 hrs)

Following breakfast in the morning, travel to Uttarkashi. Stop at Shivgufa en route to Uttarkashi. Upon arriving in Uttarkashi, view the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the city, and then settle into your accommodation for the rest of the day. Night stay in Uttarkashi.

DAY 04: Uttarkashi - Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Km / 3-4 hrs each Side)

After breakfast at the accommodation in the early morning, proceed to Gangotri Dham. Gangotri is nestled at 3048 meters in the majestic Garhwal Himalayas. Further, take a holy bath in the revered river, Bhagirathi, when you arrive at Gangotri. Take a trip to the Gangotri Temple. The Goddess Ganga temple from the eighteenth century is next to a holy stone wherein King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva.

The temple is a beautiful white granite building. Head back to Uttarkashi in the late afternoon after doing Pooja. Spend the night in your accommodation at Uttarkashi after dinner.

DAY 05: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (200 Kms / 8-9 hrs)

Drive along the Mandakini River to arrive at Guptakashi and visit ArdhNarishwar Temple there. Upon arriving at Guptakashi, check into your hotel. Stay the night in Guptakashi.

DAY 06: Guptkashi – Sonprayag - Kedarnath (35 km Drive / 18 km Trek one Side)

Following breakfast, make your way toward Sonprayag. You will begin your 1-kilometer trek to Kedarnath Dham from Sonprayag.

So you have two options: trek to Kedarnath or book helicopter services at your cost to reach Kedarnath.

By Helicopter: In the morning, our driver will take you to the helipad you had reserved. Our vehicle will drop you off at the hotel so you may recover after returning to the helipad.
By Trek: In the morning, our car will take you toward Sonprayag. You must take a local vehicle to Gaurikund, where your journey to Kedarnath will begin. You return to Sonprayag using the same route after the darshan.

DAY 07: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (18 Km trek/35 Km Drive)

So, on the seventh day of your Chardham Yatra, by road, following your Kedarnath darshan, we will head towards Guptkashi.

DAY 08: Guptkashi – Badrinath (200 Km / 10 hrs)

After having breakfast in the morning, travel to Badrinath. Upon arriving in Badrinath, check in at the hotel. The height of Kedarnath Ji makes it impossible to provide deluxe facilities. Only beds are provided.
As per an order by the Government of India, all Indian and foreign nationals are required to present proper identification upon check-in. A passport and Visa combined, voter’s ID card, current driver’s license, and Aadhaar card are all acceptable forms of identification. A photograph must be included in every document.
Hotels, campsites, or any other accommodation type may deny guests accommodation if a valid ID is not shown. Any problem related to ID proof is not the responsibility of the company.

In India, hotels usually accept check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Confirm that early check-in or late check-out will incur a fee if not already included in the price. If you would want a free early check-in or free late check-out, kindly get in touch with the hotel directly.

If food is part of the package, it will be provided from a buffet or a fixed menu as part of a fixed price. The hotels decide the menu and available items. During periods of low hotel occupancy, many hotels have a meal credit policy in place of buffets or fixed menus. The hotel management decides this mile credit amount; If the fee exceeds the number of miles credited, the excess amount must be paid directly to the specific hotel. Many hotels offer room service but charge extra for meals or packing. Most standard and premium hotels in Chardham offer thali when meals are included in the package. At Chardham, you will generally find only North Indian cuisine.

Dinner is from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (You can talk to the hotel management about the schedule in advance.)

Most hotels usually provide only one extra mattress as an extra bed in a double room shared by two people. Please let us know in advance if you feel uncomfortable using the mattress system in place of a bed.

Many hotels in hilly areas and Chardham lack air conditioning, so if you insist on having it, please check with the provider first. Most of the hotels in Chardham lack lift and power backup. Though most hotels in Chardham include Wi-Fi options and heaters, don’t expect them to work most of the time properly due to network issues.

Don’t expect the same level of service and quality of accommodation as you would find in Haridwar or Rishikesh for the same price, as most hotels in Chardham are not open all year round. Budget/standard hotels in Chardham may cost more than premium hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi, especially during May, June, and other busy days. Also, in May and June, you should make reservations at least three months in advance, and in October and November, at least one to two months in advance, as good hotels are often booked by groups. Even if your package is luxury, don’t expect deluxe accommodation at Kedarnath, as there is only a basic Dharamshala/budget hotel-type rudimentary facility.

Use of the vehicle is permitted en route, within city limits, or for sightseeing, as mentioned in the itinerary. If you are interested in extra sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, sightseeing outside of the city borders, or substitute sightseeing, kindly get in touch with the company. Refunds are not possible if a certain tourist destination is not covered. If you wish to travel, please inform the company or take up the matter with the company instead of the driver. It is suggested that you visit all the nearby tourist attractions in one go. However, we can adjust if there is an issue with a particular location. Some places on Chardham Marg, like Triyuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adibadri, Bhavishya Badri, etc, are not in the itinerary. If you wish to include these locations please contact the company directly rather than the driver.

If a vehicle breaks down for any reason, including a technical issue, we will try to find a replacement car as soon as possible. Kindly cooperate as the vehicle will be repaired for minor problems, which will not take much time.

Drivers shall not drive through no-entry zones and shall not be forced to use congested highways or streets. Additional charges may apply if you require the services of a driver for more than 12 hours in a day.

Because of the risk of death, music and driving after nightfall are not allowed on many mountain roads.

Pick-up and drop-off location will be only one (if multiple pick-up and drop, please mention email conversation before booking)

If you wish to visit a specific location more than once, please inform the management in advance, as some locations have expensive parking fees.

No last-minute change in the destination or route of the journey can be made.

The cost may vary based on changes in diesel/petrol prices in India. Even if the rates are already confirmed, we reserve the right to increase the rate if the prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking.

The company maintains the right to offer you a similar car if the car you reserved is not available.

Many tourist destinations and hill stations have roads, markets, and malls that are “no entry” for all or some large tourist vehicles, depending on the location and time of day. In such a case, the visitor should arrange for another transport available at an additional cost and on a direct payment basis; The total package inclusion does not cover this cost.

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
