Guidelines for 4 Dham Helicopter Travelers fom Pune

A maximum of 05/06 passengers/guests will be allowed in 01 helicopter.
5 kg of luggage will be permitted in the chopper per passenger. Those who bring excessive luggage would not be allowed to take their baggage further in the helicopter.
Keep the medical kits with you, as the temples are at high altitudes.
Timings are flexible, depending on weather conditions/technical reasons/govt permissions, etc.
Passengers are not allowed to carry trolley bags because of the limited space; you should carry duffle bags or soft bags.
Three choppers will fly on the same day for the Chardham yatra. We may adjust passengers according to their body weight.
At Kedarnath shuffle, Rs 200 per kg will be charged extra if the passenger weighs more than 80 kg.
When changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi, the waiting time is between 10 minutes to 3 hours. Depending on shuttle slots/weather conditions, or technical reasons.
Depending on their body weight, passengers may be divided into two groups while changing helicopters at the Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle.
Properties on tour are in the 3 to 4-star category except for Yamunotri, as it is a remote or rural area.
The weight of the total passenger should not be more than 430 kg.
All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour before departureIn this case, sometimes, you may have to wait at the government helipad.
Share your actual and exact body weight at the time of registration. We will check your weight before flying; it shouldn't be more than what you have informed us. The company has full rights to de-board a passenger if the actual body weight exceeds the weight given by passengers. Kindly don't share any assumed body weight.

Helicopter Weight Limitation

According to the aviation department, only 6 people can sit in a helicopter and the maximum weight of each passenger should be 72 kg, your weight will be measured before the take-off and if we found more than the standard weight, you can be prevented from boarding the helicopter, in that case, you can contact us and get advice.

Also, the maximum capacity of a helicopter is 430 kg which does not include passenger baggage and a passenger can carry only 5 kg maximum weight with him.

Disclaimer for Bad Weather

Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic, and passenger illness, the helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen events may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew, the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.

Our Payment Policy

For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before you depart from your country or after your arrival to India as mutually decided between team management and guests. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above, in some cases, like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance (as specified in your tour proposal).

30% of the amount-confirmation of the order
70% of the amount – Day 1 of the tour.

Mode of Payment for GIT (Groups Independent Travelers)

50% of the amount – confirmation of the order
50% of the amount – One month earlier of the tour starting date.

The overseas advance payment can be made through a Wire Transfer to our Bank or by Credit Card.

Package Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

75 days to 60 days preceding the starting date of tour: NO RETENTION will be charged.
60 days to 45 days preceding the starting date of tour: 30% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
45-35 days preceding the starting date of tour: 50% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
35-0 days preceding the starting date of tour: 100% of the package cost will be charged as retention.

In case of special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required). For flight ticket cancellation, airlines cancellation policy will be applicable.

Children above two years of age are required full tickets.
There is no provision regarding concession to the senior citizen and children in 4 Dham yatra by Helicopter.
One cab will be given by us to the six passengers wherever required.
Disputes regarding the legality, application, performance of service, interpretation, or any of its terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
In case of adverse weather conditions and emergencies, the passenger should be taken to Dehradun by other means of transport.
Even if the royalty fees change or not, the price will remain the same.
Luggage of more than 5 kg will not be allowed in the helicopter as this is our safety guidelines.
If the passenger is deboarded due to the wrong body weight told by him, then no money will be refundable to him.
We will not bear any charges for an extra night. The customer itself bears the expenses of the extra night due to adverse weather conditions.
Airtel and BSNL both these networks are available in Chardham Yatra by Helicopter.
Carrying an Aadhar card is necessary for Indians, and for Foreigners carrying a passport is essential.
Any tips and donations are not borne by us, the client himself bears these charges.
