Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic, and passenger illness, the helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen events may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation during Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew, the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.
For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking of “Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter Tour” on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before your departure from your country or after your arrival to India as mutually decided between team management and guests. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment for yatra is required to be sent in advance (as specified in your tour proposal).

The overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our Bank or by Credit Card.
In the event of cancellation of Do Dham Yatra tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
In case of special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required). For flight ticket cancellation, an airline cancellation policy will be applicable.

Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dham during the tour to the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.
